After the assessment, Rick gives you a straightforward price estimate. He explains what's included, what the timeline looks like, and what you can expect. The price we quote is the price you pay — no surprises when the invoice arrives.

Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the work at a time that works for you. We show up on time, do the job carefully and completely, and clean up when we're done. Your property is left neat.
